Matt has personally tried thousands of Social Security Disability claims before the Social Security Administration throughout the United States.

Per Social Security Regulation GN03910.020A(1), Matt is permitted to (and does) practice Social Security Disability law in ALL 50 states, all districts and all territories in the United States, including in US states, districts and territories where he is not licensed.

Prior to opening Nunn Disability Law in 2024, Matt served as the Managing Attorney and chief litigator for Social Security Disability Advocates, which (during Matt's tenure) received its 1st Top 100 National Social Security Law Firm Award in 2022 and its 1st Top 250 National Social Security Law Firm Award in 2023.
