III. PERSONAL INFORMATION IS SHARED ONLY WITH WRITTEN CONSENT (THROUGH SIGNED HIPPA-COMPLIANT RELEASES OF INFORMATION) BY A CLIENT WITH TREATMENT RECORDS PROVIDERS AND THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION.
